Home Instead is seeking caring and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team and support our mission of helping aging adults remain safely in their homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion. We service all of Monmouth County, NJ and our office is located in Shrewsbury. Call our office at 732-542-9004.

PLUS: Home Instead offers a $350 bonus after actively working with us for 60 days. 

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Dementia Care
• Assistance with walking, grooming, toileting, bathing, dressing 
• Ability to treat and care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner

• Active NJ CHHA License
• Clean criminal background check, motor vehicle record, and drug screen through our office 
• Provide 6 references 
• Possess a valid NJ driver’s license and valid auto insurance and your own reliable vehicle (Please note, Live-Ins are not required to have a driver's license or car.)
• Recent Physical Exam, Proof of MMR and TB immunity

We have a variety of shifts available from mornings to afternoons to evenings and overnights to 24/7 Live-In.
