Home Instead is seeking caring and compassionate caregivers to join our team and support our mission of helping seniors remain safely in their homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity. We serve all of Monmouth County, NJ and our office is located in Shrewsbury. We have been a trusted community leader in home care since 1998. In addition to providing in-home care and assistance with daily living, we are licensed by the NJ Board of Nursing to provide CHHA training and employment. 
 

We offer state of the art training in home healthcare skills such as personal care, memory care, transferring, ambulation, light meal prep, light housekeeping, and much more. This program requires 60 hours of virtual coursework, 16 hours of in-person Clinical training, and we can provide assistance with NJ BON licensure application. After completion of the program, you will be eligible to receive your NJ CHHA license from the NJ BON as well as the opportunity for employment with our Home Instead office. 

Requirements:

• Must be 21 or older
• Clean criminal background check, motor vehicle record, and drug screen through our office
• Must possess a valid NJ driver’s license, valid auto insurance and your own reliable vehicle (Please Note, Live-Ins are not required to have a driver's license or car)
